11Alive's Help Desk helped to raise enough money to pay for hundreds of bone marrow donor tests -- all in an effort to find an eligible match for Isaac Del Valle.
Del Valle is a 15-year-old Marist student who has T-Cell Leukemia. He needs a bone marrow transplant to fight the disease. Doctors have already search the National Bone Marrow Registry, which has over 8 million donors. So far, a match for Isaac has not been found.
Doctors say the bone marrow donor match for Isaac will likely be between the ages of 16 and 60-years-old and of mixed Hispanic and Caucasian descent.
