BROOKHAVEN, Ga. -- Brookhaven Police and volunteers from the Brookhaven Baptist Church expanded the search for a woman with dementia.
Tuesday morning as temperatures plummeted, the group met at the church off Druid Hills Road. Janet Sue Miller, 78, was last seen December 24th around 7:00 p.m. after the Christmas Eve service. She was wearing glasses, a long dress, and black shoes.
A deacon said the last time he saw her she was standing by the Christmas tree wishing fellow parishioners a Merry Christmas."It's been seven days and she's never gone missing like this," said Deacon Andy Swamy.
